Orders for products from the outlet archive sale collection are non-returnable. You can only make an exchange of size or model.

Once you receive your order, you have up to 15 days from the date of purchase to request an exchange or refund.

Exchanges and Returns

You have 30 calendar days from receipt of your order to request an exchange, and 15 days to request a return of your Flabelus. 

Exchanges for products from the Outlet Archive Sale collection can only be managed online; they cannot be processed in a physical store. This collection does not accept refunds, only size or model exchanges.

To make an exchange/return, follow the steps indicated in our Reveni exchanges and returns portal and send your order to our warehouse. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Remember that products must be in good condition and returned in their original box. Our sock and insole collection is exempt from exchanges and returns.

ONLINE RETURNS

1. 1. Access our Reveni exchanges and returns portal using your order number and the email address you used to make the purchase.
2. Select the item you want to return, as well as the reason for the return, and complete the process, checking that all details are correct.
3. Select one of the following return options:
   1. In-store return. *Not available for the Zaragoza store
   2. Return by mail
4. Select a return method:
   1. Store Credit: This option consists of a voucher for the value of your Flabelus plus an extra 5% as a gift. This voucher is exclusive to online use.
   2. Return via bank transfer.
   3. Refund to the card associated with the order.
5. Once the process is complete, you will receive a return label, which you must attach to the properly packaged parcel and drop off at the nearest indicated post office. If your order is returned in-store, you only need to bring the package there.
6. Once the return is received, reviewed, and validated, we will process the corresponding refund via the selected method. This process may take between 7 and 10 days.
   

ONLINE EXCHANGES

1. Access our Reveni exchanges and returns portal using your order number and the email address you used to make the purchase.
2. Select which item from your order you want to exchange and choose the newmodel or size. Complete the process, checking that all details are correct.
3. Once the process is complete, you will receive a return label, which you must attach to the properly packaged parcel and drop off at the nearest indicated post office.
4. Once your exchange request is received, our warehouse will begin preparing your new exchange order so you can receive it as soon as possible.

ORDERS WITH DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you believe you have received a product in poor condition, access this link and enter your order number and purchase email. Once inside, you must complete the requested information and attach a photograph clearly showing the indicated defect. After submitting the request, our quality team will review the case and we will contact you to inform you of the outcome and the next steps in case the issue is accepted. If it was a purchase made in a physical store, you can go directly to the store or contact us at hola@flabelus.live.

ORDERS WITH INCORRECT ITEMS

If you have received an item that does not match your order, access this link with your order number and purchase email. You must complete the requested information and attach a photograph of the item received, clearly showing the model and size, along with the labeled area of the box. After submitting the request, our team will review the case and we will contact you to indicate the next steps. If it was a purchase made in a physical store, you can go directly to the store or contact us at hola@flabelus.live.

SHIPPING METHODS FOR AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN

You can make the exchange/return in one of our physical shops or through the Reveni platform by depositing the package at the post office indicated.

• Returns Spain: 3,50€ / 1 pair; 2€ for each additional pair.
• Exchanges Spain: 3,50€.
• International Returns EU: 12€ / 1 pair; 2€ for each additional pair.
• EU International Exchanges: 8€.
• UK Returns: 14€ / 1 pair; 2€ for each additional pair.
• UK exchanges: 10€.
• Returns USA and Canada: 32€.
• USA and Canada exchanges: 25€.
• International returns outside EU: 32€.
• International Exchanges outside EU: 25€.
